How the rental works
We ship to you
Sensors are shipped directly to your clinic. Every shipment includes a prepaid return label for when the patient finishes their programme.
Free returns
When a patient completes their programme, return the sensor using the prepaid label. It's simple and free. The sensor is reset, recalibrated, and ready for your next patient.
Maintenance included
Hardware maintenance and replacement for normal wear is included. If a sensor malfunctions, we replace it. No extra cost.
Non-return fee: If a sensor is lost, broken, or not returned, a fee of EUR 135 incl. VAT is charged per sensor.
